Onthe online accounting side of things, you failed to mention KashFlow. They’re a big player in the UK, recently beating all the established products (both onlie and off) in a ’satisfaction’ survey of business software users - http://www.kashflow.co.uk

Good to see Highrise on the CRM list, the whole range of products from 37 Signal are very good.
